The city is divided into 15 municipal districts, managed by Riyadh Municipality headed by the mayor of Riyadh, and the Riyadh Development Authority, chaired by the Governor of Riyadh Province, Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz.     I am Saudi and I think some people are not realestic. We might have a low crime record in Saudi but that doesn’t mean that there is no crime and no body steals any thing ! it just happen to be for him (Jim) to be in a place were people don’t steal…that is all !

Are you sure nobody steals things or rapes or kills anyone, last time I took time out to look at the Human rights record for that country, they were executing beheading shooting and doing the most horrific things to people for just those sort of things you will be telling me next there’s no need for police because there’s no crime in Saudi Arabia!!!!!!!!!!

    they take you to the CHOP CHOP SQUARE in ryadh if you steal anything they even chop your head for doing something more worse then stealing like rape, murder thats how you stop criminals its sound hard but its the truth but it still happens but not many like in western society

    if u steal from these shops .u’ll be safe couse there are some rules.
    one of them
    you must steal from a save place like a Bank ?
    the other rule is that u must not be a hungry
    and there are may be 3 other rules

    I agree with you . but there is more modern shop’s than that one in saudi arabia
