Traditional Chinese Master Arts! Kung Fu Training at the Wudang Shan Martial Arts Academy for Traditional Taoist Martial Arts. Needless to say, we were useless! We have the same physical endurance and flexibility as a potato. Nevertheless, it was still a great Challenge and getting to run around all day in silk pyjamas was great fun! Enjoy! PS – Running up a wall has nothing to do with Kung Fu!
